So we have adopted a policy for credit card orders that has proven very useful for customers and offers a bit of assurance beyond traditional online transactions.
The following order form, which is expressly designed to be completed locally on your computer using your Acrobat Reader Plug-in or Acrobat Reader Application Program, offers simplicity and privacy. Just tab to the fields and enter the data required. When finished, all you have to do is print the form, sign it, and fax it back.
Furthermore, your signature confirms that your order is intentional. And the completed form serves as an immediate record of your order, showing exactly what was ordered, when, and by whom.
Because this form is completed locally on your computer no data is exchanged or captured by a server. The only response we receive is the fax you send. It is received by our computer system and is only handled by sales and accounting personnel.
